Luke

Director

Luke has over 20 years of experience in the electrical industry, having begun his career as a 16-year-old apprentice with a local electrical company. During this time, he developed extensive knowledge across all aspects of electrical installation, laying the foundations for establishing Cotswold Lighting & Power Limited in 2019.

As a fully qualified electrician holding the City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification, Luke has delivered a wide range of high-quality domestic and commercial projects. His vision has always been to build a business founded on exceptional workmanship, attention to detail and outstanding customer service.

Luke is known for his reliability, clear communication and professional approach, ensuring every project is completed with care and respect for clients' homes and businesses. Today, he leads a friendly, highly skilled team who share the same values and commitment to excellence.

Sam

Director

Sam began his career in the electrical industry at the age of 18, starting as an apprentice electrician with a local Cotswold-based company. Through hard work, dedication and a passion for the trade, he progressed quickly before moving into the high-end residential and commercial sector, where he gained extensive technical experience and completed his qualifications.

As his career developed, Sam moved into a Contracts Manager role, overseeing projects from inception to completion while gaining valuable experience in business operations, project management and client relations. This broad understanding of both on-site delivery and commercial management provided the foundation for his next step—establishing his own successful electrical company.

Over the years, Sam worked closely with Luke and the team at Cotswold Lighting & Power, sharing a common commitment to quality, professionalism and customer service. Following a successful working relationship, Sam and Luke merged their businesses under the CLP banner and now lead a growing team delivering exceptional electrical solutions across the Cotswolds and beyond.

Administrator

Natalie

Natalie is the friendly face behind the administration team at Cotswold Lighting & Power. She keeps the business running smoothly by managing customer enquiries, coordinating schedules, supporting projects and ensuring everything stays organised behind the scenes. With excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach, Natalie helps deliver the high standards our clients expect.

Spencer

With over 20 years’ experience in the electrical industry, Spencer is a fully qualified electrician specialising in installation, testing and inspection. Known for his attention to detail and reliability, he plays a key role in the team and delivers work to a consistently high standard across a wide range of projects.

Luca

Luca is nearing completion of his electrical apprenticeship and has quickly become a valued member of the team. Before entering the electrical industry, he served in the RAF, where he developed the discipline, work ethic, and professionalism he brings to every project. He enjoys working on high-end installations and takes pride in delivering work to an exceptional standard. We really value Luca as part of our team.

Trainee Electrician

Rhys

Rhys is at the beginning of his electrical career and is currently developing his skills and knowledge as part of the Cotswold Lighting & Power team. Enthusiastic, hardworking, and eager to learn, he is gaining valuable experience across a variety of projects and enjoys being part of a company committed to quality and excellence.
